DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Climate Control Division provides internal climate control solutions to both industrial and commercial buildings utilising natural ventilation, solar shading and air conditioning systems.

Our aim is to meet the building occupier's expectations of a comfortable and healthy working environment utilising energy efficient products with the desire to be in full control of this environment at all times.

JOB PURPOSE

Selling the Colt range of products including natural ventilation, heating systems, powered extract and the Colt WRF Caloris air conditioning system to the UK owner occupier and construction (specifier) market. Initial site survey and problem analysis to system design and costing is required to satisfy this role.

The ideal candidate will either have a building services degree or background in building services, and extensive market experience.

You will be involved in the initial site survey and problem analysis through to system design and costing. Working with both the owner occupier in existing buildings and with the consultant on new build commercial buildings.

You will be supported by a small but friendly and committed team of highly professional individuals.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Commercial or Industrial HVAC design background
Sound communication and negotiating skills
Demonstrable sales skills
Full drivers license required
A relevant mechanical building services related qualification
