This bold, modern and contemporary styled apartment near to a viaduct at Waterloo Station required a high level of natural day lighting and ventilation, without detracting from the visual image of the building.

Colt provided a series of Coltlite LWS natural glazed ventilators for ventilation and smoke control. The form and function of this unit make it particularly suited to commercial buildings where both large areas of glass and high aerodynamic and thermal performance are required.
