Coltlite Glass Louvred Ventilator with integral hidden controls, type LWI
Description
Extruded aluminium outer frame with framed controllable double glazed louvres with thermal breaks to both outer and internal sections. Integrated, non-visible electric controls.
Glass and Louvre Type
28mm overall clear toughened, float or laminated glass thickness. Visible width of horizontal louvre frame 44mm when looking from the outside.
Alternatively 28mm overall insulated metal skinned panel infill. Glazing seals comprise double weather strips with a nylon lip between, and the horizontal glass edges of the louvres are enclosed with aluminium sections which have two overlapping weather seals for excellent air-tightness.
Size Range
250mm to 1800mm wide x 520mm to 3000mm high as one module.
Blade pitch
110 - 350 mm (depending on overall size of complete unit) with centre pivot point. Blade frame to be a maximum of 44mm between glass surfaces.
Fixing options
- Fixing to curtain walling using 28mm thermally broken glazing frame adaptor.
- Fixing to structural opening using either through frame or strap fixings.
Control Options
Integrated, non-visible electric controls. Frame mounted motor (hidden inside side frame profile) positioned at top or bottom on either side frame, with 24V DCLAH61 motor. Typical operation time to be 15?30 seconds. Motors fitted with in-built finger trapping sensor.
Decorative Finish
- Polyester powder paint (RAL colour). Inner and outer sections can be different colours.
- Natural (Silver) anodised finish AA20
