Derby College's recently completed Joseph Wright Centre can accommodate 1,500 students.

Colt provided a smoke clearance system comprising Coltlite LWT natural glazed ventilators installed at low level,
and Seefire louvred ventilators at high level, which were linked into the Building Management System to provide
day to day and smoke ventilation.
