This stunning building in Heerlen has been designed by Royen & Maertens Architecten of Maastricht. BAM was the Contactor for the Developer Liof BedrijvenCentra BV.

Colt was asked to design a heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. Colt-Caloris has now been installed in the offices, a glazed rooflight has been fitted in the atrium and the façade, and smoke control and natural ventilation systems have been integrated into the glazing.

| The Colt-Caloris water source heat pump is suitable for both heating and cooling, offering individual or zone control. The building can be rented out to up to 36 different tenants, so thanks to the Colt-Caloris system, they can all individually enjoy their personal HVAC system. It has been designed with simplicity of installation in mind, and since it emits low noise it is particularly suitable for use in offices. In addition, the building has the benefit of a Colt CalorisNet control system which provides a complete building management system. |
