Tristar is an air handling system that is designed to provide fresh, conditioned air to the workplace. It is available in a variety of configurations to suit the particular requirements of the building. Tristar is manufactured from a galvanised steel frame construction. Doors, floor and side walls are made of double skinned aluminium sheet filled with 40mm thick insulation. EPDM seals are applied all round the unit. Fresh air is drawn into the unit via a centrifugal fan through a rainproof and drip-proof inflow cowl equipped with a galvanised bird guard. An optional and sound attenuator can be supplied. Tristar is manufactured to the ISO 9000 quality standard.

The filter section consists of bag filters which are fixed in a frame with rapid fasteners allowing them to be replaced from the front, quickly and easily. Standard Air Filtration Class is G3* to BS EN 779:1993 with optional upgrades to filtration class F7 or F9 with optional G3 pre-filtration. A choice of 1,2 or 3 row heating and cooling coils are available with a maximum heat output of approximately of 350 kW. Heater battery options include steam, hot water and electric versions.
