Working closely with the Construction Company Kajima and the client's architect, Colt undertook the majority of the metal and glass roof level works at the new Health and Safety Executive's HQ in Liverpool, working simultaneously with the primary roof cladding sub-contractor to fulfil a contract worth over £3m. The package included Colt Braat rooflights to the rotunda and street areas together with ventilators for day to day and smoke ventilation, solar shading and Universal Louvre for screening purposes.
