Colt provided and installed Coltlite natural glazed ventilators for ventilation and smoke control within the building.

Designed by Architect BDG McColl for clients Lend Lease, Colt provided Kameleon casement ventilators and Seefire louvred ventilators for smoke ventilation of the malls and specially designed glass louvre ventilators for natural environmental ventilation of the malls. The glass louvres were required to blend into the glazing, yet give a clear open vent area. To achieve this, Colt used a variation on the glass shading system with motors concealed in the mullions.
Colt worked with Dane Architectural Systems Limited, who were responsible for the curtain wall system and the roof.
