Kingspan Group plc, a global leader in high performance insulation and building envelopes, is to acquire Colt Investments Limited, the parent company of Colt Group Limited (“Colt”). Following completion of the acquisition, the Colt Group will become part of the Kingspan Light +Air (KLA) division.

Colt were delighted to attend the first ever Supply Chain Awards 2019 held by VINCI Facilities earlier this month at The Monastery in Manchester.

Colt has been awarded the RoSPA Order of Distinction for Occupational Health and Safety performance in 2018. The order of Distinction is awarded as a result of achieving fifteen consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards. The next milestone in Colt’s sight is the RoSPA Patron’s Award, awarded for twenty-five consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards.

Following an exhaustive phase of rigorous testing, Colt is pleased to announce that its Fire Curtain has been independently certified by IFC Certification Ltd (IFCC) to British Standard BS 8524, Parts 1 & 2.

Colt International is the first smoke control business to be certified to both IFC SDI 19 and SDI 05, as a competent installer of smoke control systems and smoke and fire curtains. 

Colt recently attended CIH 2018, to promote its ventilation servicing capabilities.
